Four companies, three countries, one habit: owning the thing until it runs in production.

I'm a senior software engineer at Appenza Studio in Cairo. I own the real-time AI layer of Faheem — the Egyptian Ministry of Education's tutoring app, used by 200,000+ students — and build the SvelteKit clients of Talia, a multi-tenant national LMS. Before Appenza I shipped social-commerce and clinic software for DIB GmbH (Germany), white-label pharmacy apps for RevealSite (US), and school payments and chat at Zeyada.

I work end to end — Flutter or React/SvelteKit on the front, Node.js and PostgreSQL behind it, Docker and Nginx underneath — and I measure the result: ~300–500 ms voice round-trips, a 41% smaller app, a cold start cut from ~6 s to under 1.5 s.
